US insurance brokerage Trucordia has acquired Paradiso Financial and Insurance Services, a Connecticut-based brokerage that serves clients across the New England region.
No financial terms were disclosed.
Paradiso is headquartered in Stafford Springs, Connecticut, and provides personal and commercial insurance products including auto, home, life, business, and specialty lines.
According to the announcement, Paradiso will continue to operate with its existing values and community focus.
The brokerage uses a client-first service model called its “Paradiso Promise”, which is intended to simplify insurance decision-making for families, individuals, and business owners.
Trucordia Felix Morgan CEO said: “We are thrilled to have Paradiso join us. They understand what matters to clients and back it up with solid carrier partnerships, a focus on technology, and excellent client service. What they are doing locally is exactly how we see the direction of the industry going forward.”
As a result of the acquisition, Paradiso’s staff and clients will have access to Trucordia’s wider carrier relationships, shared resources, and national operational support.
In recent months, Trucordia has expanded in several regions through acquisitions.
Last month, the company acquired the assets of JJL&W Insurance Consulting, an employee benefits broker in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, US.
JJL&W was founded in 2020 by Jeff Joffrion, Troy Jones, Mitch Lansing and Jeff Wampold.
The business advises employers of various sizes and individual clients on employee benefits including dental, disability, life, medical, vision and voluntary cover.
In December last year, Trucordia also acquired Global Financial & Insurance Services, an insurance and financial services provider based in Texas, US.
Global Financial & Insurance Services has operations in Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth and Los Angeles, and serves clients across all 50 US states.
“Trucordia acquires Paradiso Financial and Insurance Services” was originally created and published by Life Insurance International, a GlobalData owned brand.
