Stephen Miller fumed on Fox Information in response to actor Robert De Niro’s comparability of him to Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels.
De Niro, showing on MSNBC’s “The Weekend” on Sunday, accused the Trump White Home deputy chief of workers for coverage of being “a Nazi,” including, “And he’s Jewish and he must be ashamed of himself.”
Miller addressed the feedback on Wednesday to Fox’s Sean Hannity.
“Robert De Niro is a tragic, bitter, damaged previous man who is generally enraged as a result of he has not made a film value watching in at the least 30 years,” Miller ranted.
“In all probability the longest string of flops, failures, embarrassments,” he added. “This man has been degrading himself on digicam with one horrific movie after one other for my complete grownup life, and he’s not taken critically by anyone. Not by his household, associates, not by his neighborhood. He’s a shell of a person and everybody disregards every thing he says.”
On social media, critics of Miller have been fast to counter his claims by highlighting De Niro’s lengthy checklist of acclaimed and award-winning performances:
