A pedestrian died Saturday evening in a crash close to Sloan’s Lake, Denver police mentioned.
The Denver Police Division first posted in regards to the deadly crash close to West seventeenth Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard at 10:46 p.m. Saturday.
That intersection is on the southwest fringe of Sloan’s Lake Park.
The pedestrian, who has not been publicly recognized, died on the scene, police mentioned. The unidentified driver stayed on scene after the crash.
Sheridan was closed in each instructions at seventeenth for a number of hours throughout the crash cleanup and investigation, police mentioned. It had absolutely reopened Sunday morning, based on an 8:18 a.m. update from the division.
The pedestrian will probably be recognized by the Denver Workplace of the Medical Examiner at a later date.
