Interstate 270 is closed in Adams County due to an individual on the York Road bridge, in accordance with police officers.
I-270 is closed in each instructions between Interstate 76 and Colorado 265/Brighton Boulevard, the Colorado Division of Transportation stated in a journey alert.
State Patrol officers initially stated I-76 was also closed in both directions due to the incident, however the freeway is open as of 6 p.m., in accordance with CDOT.
