A household of 5 from Colorado is sharing their story of survival after they had been injured in a horrific wrong-way crash throughout a Labor Day weekend journey in Washington state.
Yoichi “Forest” and Tomo Mori are the founders of Japanese Hope Mountain Household church, presently situated in Englewood.
They flew to Washington with their three kids, Kishin, Inori, and Sambi, to help with worship providers at their sister church, Lynnwood Japanese Household Church, situated in Edmonds, Wash.
The Mori household stated they had been driving to the airport in Seattle on the morning of Sept. 4 to get on their flight again to Colorado, when a suspected DUI driver drove the unsuitable approach on Interstate 5 and collided with the household’s automotive head-on.
