A US federal decide on Friday ordered FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried again to jail after prosecutors argued he had violated the circumstances of his bail and tampered with witnesses.
US District Choose Lewis Kaplan directed the disgraced former cryptocurrency highflyer, who had been confined to his mum or dad’s California dwelling, again into federal custody.
Bankman-Fried has pleaded not responsible to fees of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit cash laundering, in addition to election finance violations.
