A driver suspected of placing two state parole officers in a hit-and-run Thursday in Colorado Springs has been captured.
Justin Andrew Kula, 41, was the topic of a CBI Blue Alert for the incident at North Spruce and West Bijou streets on Thursday. that was reported at 3:45 p.m. Police stated a dark-colored Lexus RX 330 struck the 2 officers and fled the scene intersection of North Spruce and West Bijou streets on Thursday.
