King Soopers closing Centennial location next month

King Soopers will shut a retailer in Centennial subsequent month.

The grocery chain’s final day at 5050 E. Arapahoe Street will probably be Aug. 16, in response to an organization spokeswoman, including workers are being given the chance to switch to different shops.

The transfer is part of a bigger plan by its Cincinnati-based father or mother firm Kroger. Final month, the corporate stated it will shut 60 shops over the subsequent 18 months.

There’s one other King Soopers 1.25 miles north of the one that may shut.

No different Colorado closures have been introduced.
