A Colorado Springs officer shot a 16-year-old boy he stated was armed and police arrested two different teenagers throughout a Dec. 16 suspected stolen automobile investigation.
That boy, a 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old lady all had been arrested on three counts of tried first-degree homicide, two counts of tried aggravated theft and one rely of second-degree motorcar theft in reference to two tried carjackings that occurred earlier within the day, Colorado Springs police Cmdr.
