Police are looking for a probably armed suspect who fled to Arvada after a capturing in Westminster, officers stated Sunday.
At 11:03 a.m. Sunday, Arvada police asked city residents within the space of West 63rd Avenue and Estes Road to stay inside whereas officers looked for a probably armed suspect.
Two hours later, at about 2:15 p.m., the Arvada and Westminster police departments confirmed in a tweet that the suspect is expounded to a capturing that occurred in Westminster earlier Sunday and warned residents to proceed sheltering in place.

The capturing concerned two people who knew one another, the Westminster Police Division tweeted Sunday.
