A freeway blaze turned 40,000 kilos of ribeyes into an impromptu roadside barbecue.
“Sadly they’re all a complete loss,” the Doolittle Rural Hearth Safety District wrote on-line of the steaks that went up in flames on a tractor-trailer in Doolittle, Missouri, on Monday.
Nobody was injured within the incident, which was more-than-memorable for probationary firefighter Jenna Ulrich, based on the division.
“Nothing says ‘welcome to the hearth service’ like sending the probie to place out 40,000 kilos of flaming ribeye!” it wrote on Facebook.
