America has been advised that Russia is ready to return to talks on a deal that had allowed the secure Black Sea export of Ukraine grain, however “we have not seen any proof of that but,” the U.S. envoy to the United Nations mentioned on Tuesday.
Russia give up the deal on July 17. U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., Linda Thomas-Greenfield, mentioned that if Russia needs to get its fertilizer to international markets and facilitate agricultural transactions “they’ll need to return to this deal.”
“We have now seen indications that they is perhaps fascinated about returning to discussions. So we’ll wait to see whether or not that really occurs,” she mentioned, with out giving additional particulars.
