About: Trompeau Bakery debuted its first location in Englewood close to the College of Denver campus in 2001. Proprietor Beth Ginsberg additionally owns Zaidy’s Deli & Bakery, which she reopened on South Holly Road after the unique proprietor closed the Jewish deli in Cherry Creek in 2021.
