Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) on Sunday shared footage and pictures of himself whitewashing graffiti that criticized right-wing activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated final week.
“Some deranged bastard put this graffiti on the 59 freeway in Houston,” the Donald Trump loyalist wrote on X, previously Twitter.
The graffiti learn: “Fuck Charlie Kirk.”
The Texas Division of Transportation “has been notified & I’m certain they may take away it expeditiously,” he added. “However, within the meantime, Texans don’t have to have a look at this hateful rubbish anymore.”
“Erasing evil,” Cruz captioned a brief video clip of himself portray over the message with white paint.
