Legislation enforcement officers have issued an arrest warrant within the murder investigation of two Kansas ladies whose stays had been present in Kiowa County in September.
Phillip Lieurance, 36, of Emporia, Kansas, is needed in reference to the deaths of Linda Estrada and Amy Ford, in keeping with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
Lieurance is in custody on the Chase County Jail in Kansas on unrelated fees. His Colorado arrest affidavit is sealed, in keeping with the Kiowa County Courtroom Clerk’s Workplace.
