In a press release shared on-line Monday, the Fairhope Police Division stated Jeana Renea Gamble had been arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Per the assertion, cops were called to stories “relating to site visitors hazards within the space” and “upon arrival, an officer noticed a person in a phallic costume.”
“The officer approached the girl and requested that she take away the costume, which is deemed obscene in a public setting; nevertheless, she refused to conform,” it added.
In a press release, protest organizer Indivisible Baldwin County stated “Gamble was peacefully expressing her perspective” and stated her “violent arrest for expressing herself in methods the police discovered impolite is indefensible, morally and legally.”
