Moscow:
Russia on Thursday despatched 27 tonnes of humanitarian assist for civilians within the Gaza Strip to be transported from Egypt, Moscow’s emergency conditions ministry mentioned.
“A particular airplane has taken off from the airport at Ramenskoye close to Moscow for El-Arish in Egypt. The Russian humanitarian assist shall be handed over to the Egyptian Crimson Crescent to be despatched to the Gaza Strip,” deputy minister Ilya Denisov mentioned in an announcement.
Denisov mentioned the help comprised “wheat, sugar, rice (and) pasta”.
