Let’s be honest — flying a new airline can draw sighs and skepticism as there’s no track record.
Soaring into the clouds without any sort of background reference can be an anxiety-inducing experience, but we at Travel Off Path are here to put those notions to bed.
This is truly one of the most unique airline operations we can think of in recent history, as the name on the side of the plane isn’t quite what it appears to be…

By now, if you’re a seasoned traveler who has been scoping out paradise vacations, you may have heard of BermudAir, a fairly new airline operating out of — you guessed it — Bermuda.
Now, this growing airline is branching out under a new umbrella, AnguillAir. Any guesses where they’re flying?
Little-known Anguilla is a British Overseas territory smack dab in the Caribbean, offering travelers a crowd-free island escape in the northern Lesser Antilles — and its now easier to reach than ever with 3 exciting flights from major U.S. airports.
AnguillAir Launching 3 New Flights To Anguilla…Sort Of

Prior to AnguillAir being formed, American Airlines was the lone commercial option for U.S. vacationers to ‘cross the pond’ without fully crossing the pond into British soil.
As such, travelers now have 4 options at hand — all at major airports.
But first, let’s unpack exactly what they’re signing up for…
What Exactly Is AnguillAir?
This unheard-of airline is a new carrier created specifically to improve access to Anguilla, operating as an extension of BermudAir rather than a standalone operation.

Essentially, it comes across as a marketing ploy to familiarize travelers with one of the Caribbean’s lesser-known islands.
AnguillAir will use BermudAir’s aircraft, crews, and operating certificate, but flies routes tailored to only to Anguilla, showcasing an alternative paradise to Americans seeking new experiences beyond the usual household names.
So, is it a new airline? Yes, but really it’s a destination-focused brand with fresh paint.
Being New, Is AnguillAir Safe To Fly?

As we all seem to take for granted how we can zoom through the skies, waking up in our own bed and going to sleep across the globe, snagging a seat aboard an airline you haven’t heard of can be daunting.
Since AnguillAir is practically BermudAir with a new paint job, there’s good news to put any concerns of being a guinea pig to rest.
Despite only being open for business for a couple of years, this little-known airline was crowned the 7th best airline in the entire Caribbean for 2025.
Travelers can expect:
- An entertainment system (via your own device)
- Free refreshments
- Included carry-on no matter your class

Best of all, there have been no reports of being swallowed by the mystifying Bermuda Triangle!
AnguillAir’s 3 New Flights Just Launched For Winter Sun
Now for the answer you’ve been waiting for: who are the lucky winners for ground-breaking flights to Anguilla?
The answers are very popular airports, making for easy travel abroad:
Respectively, flights launched December 17, 18, and 19. Each route is considered seasonal, so you can soak up winter sun and spring bliss into April 2026 with each service operated 2x/week.

Why Visit Anguilla?
Since the initial launch lasts a grand total of 5 months or so, it’s time to start planning!
Anguilla’s crowds aren’t like those of Punta Cana, for example. Winter may be primetime for travelers in the know about this postcard getaway, but with no mega-ship cruise ports and limited flashy resorts, you can still sprawl out on the beach and never feel boxed in.
Additionally, Anguilla feels super safe. In fact, statistically, it’s one of the safest Caribbean islands to visit.
The only aspect that feels dangerous is sky-high resort rates, such as Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, where it’s hard to score a deal without a comma.

Of course, anyone who has had the pleasure of vacationing here will tell you Shoal Bay is a must-visit.
Laden with gleaming white sand, swaying palms, and a tranquil stretch of vibrant turquoise waters, this is where you’ll find the most “crowds” per se, but don’t let that deter you.
Though small, Anguilla isn’t overdeveloped. You can always find your own secluded slice of paradise.
