A person suspected of breaking into two properties and assaulting owners whereas he was unclothed was arrested in Edgewater Monday.
Stefan Heil, 33, was taken into custody after he was tased by police in an alleyway within the 2200 block of Grey Avenue Monday afternoon.
Heil allegedly compelled his method into two separate properties and fought with the owners whereas bare, in response to the Edgewater Police Division.
After his arrest, he was transported to the hospital for analysis. Police stated, “Heil displayed symptomology of being below the affect of a managed substance.”
