A person was shot by a sheriff’s deputy Sunday afternoon after the Adams County Sheriff’s Workplace acquired a number of 911 calls a couple of capturing and disturbance, the department posted on X.
The capturing occurred on the 300 block of West eightieth Avenue. The person was transported to the hospital following an “officer-involved capturing with one among our deputies,” the sheriff’s workplace stated.
In line with the posts, the sheriff’s workplace acquired 911 calls at 4:50 p.m. When the deputies arrived, “there was a capturing with one of many concerned events of the preliminary 911 name.”
The person’s situation is unknown as of seven:30 p.m.
