Denver’s chilly climate shelters will open on Sunday night time and Monday night time as a result of below-freezing temperatures and snow within the forecast.
The National Weather Service is forecasting temperatures dropping to 16 levels on Christmas Eve with a 20% probability of snow and a low of 18 levels on Christmas.
