Colorado Parks and Wildlife performed an Independence Day rescue once they responded to an injured bald eagle on July 4.
Animal management got here to the rescue of the fowl after the boy had been performing unusually in southern Douglas County for the previous few days, CPW stated.
Officers caught the injured eaglet, wrapped its physique in a towel and positioned it in a carriage. The eagle was taken to Birds of Prey Basis, a Broomfield-based non-profit group devoted to rehabilitating and releasing injured and orphaned birds.
The fowl will probably be handled for a potential head damage, CPW stated.
“No foul play (or fowl) suspected”, CPW said in a Tweet.
